On Saturday, we took our yearly trip to Elgin to cut down our tree. I was so excited to take Avery... not that she knew what was going on. Kevin, Jen, and Scott met us out there. Since it was pretty chilly, I found a hat in Avery's stuff. Well it was a little too small but it kept her ears warm.
Here we are with our tree. Then Avery and I decided to help Daddy cut it down.
Avery said she wanted this tree but we told her maybe another year.
