We drove to Houston Saturday morning to join in the fun for Anders' 2nd Birthday Party. Our drive to Houston was pretty long. Avery didn't understand why weren't already at the park after 20 minutes of being on the road. When she was done with a toy, she would scream 'PARK'! We finally gave in and turned on Backyardigans. At the party, we got to meet Emmie(4 mths) and Owen(5 weeks). It was nice to see our Houston friends.

All Avery wanted to do is slide and play. Forget about food and cake!

We drove back to Austin after the party. We hoped Avery would sleep. Well, she cried for a LONG time since we were in stop and go traffic. Once we got going she fell asleep until we hit the only light between Houston and Austin in Brenham. Thanks Blue Bell Ice Cream!! So she only slept for 45 min. during a 3 hour drive.
