WHY?

On Sunday, we drove to my parents house to get Avery and Jessie. On the way home, we stopped to pick up some sandwiches since we didn't feel like cooking.
This is how the conversation went in the car with Avery.
"Where are we going?"
"We are getting something to eat?"
"Why?"
"We are tired and don't have anything to fix at the house?"
"Why?"
"We have been out of town remember?"
"Why?"
"We were in LA for Greg and Amy's wedding?"
"Why?"
"Mommy and Daddy are friends with them and they wanted us to come."
"Why?"
"We went to school together. Remember Mommy and Daddy's school is right by your school."

As you can see, Avery has entered the 'why' stage of the 2s.
