We went to Playa del Carmen for our 10 year anniversary. It is hard to believe we have been married for 10 years and together for 16. SCARY…not really…it has been wonderful.
We stayed at an all inclusive, adult only resort that had everything like a cruise. There were activities through out the day like beach volleyball, Texas Hold ‘em, yoga on the beach, pilates, spanish lessons, kayaking, water polo and more! They had 7 different restaurants. Each night there was a show that went along with the themed buffet.

We didn’t get there until late on Wed night. We did enjoy some beer on our ride to our hotel!!!
We pretty much did nothing each day but drink, relax, eat, and soak up the sun.
Right before you walked into the sand, there was a beach bar as well as this sign. One cooler for bottled water and another for Coors Light.
On Thursday, we stayed at the pool all day!! We ate at the Japanese restaurant for dinner. The entertainment for night was belly dancers, fire dancers, and a Mayan show.
On Friday, we hit the beach!
For dinner, we enjoyed a steak dinner. They had a circus show like Cirque! It was awesome…even Kyle liked it! Before the show, we hit the sports bar and played games.
On Saturday, we hit the beach again. This time we decided to take a Hobie Cat out.
For dinner, we tried the Indonesian restaurant.
We had a wonderful time together. We talked about how lucky we are to have each other and our wonderful girls. We are looking forward to our future together.

Congrats! Glad y'all did something fun. Our 10 is next year and we may do something in the summer since the beach isn't alot of fun at the end of Dec. :0
