Durango

Kyle's good friend, Danny, was getting married in Durango, Co so we had to go.

I met my parents in Brenham on Friday to hand off the girls.

On Saturday, we were off. We had decided to fly into Albuquerque and drive up to Durango.

It was a pretty drive.

Joy and Danny were married at the Silver Mountain Guest Ranch. It has 5 log cabins. We stayed in one with Steve, Allison, Greg and JT.

It was so good to see these guys together.

Kyle and I made sure to enjoy some of the sights in Durango.

Before the wedding, we went rafting down the Animas River.

We had the best time. Everyone should go if they have a chance.

After some time relaxing, we cleaned up for the wedding.

We had a great time. We met some wonderful people and caught up with friends.

Since the wedding was on Sunday, we decided to enjoy the 4th in Durango before heading back to the heat in TX. Danny and Lee shared with us a great spot to watch the fireworks from above Durango.

We enjoyed a picnic before the fireworks with Allison and Greg Trippe.

The views were amazing.

It was sad to leave Durango but I am sure we will head back one day.

We really enjoyed the relaxing time in Durango.
