Avery was lucky to be picked to bring home their class pet, Henley, over the Thanksgiving Break.
This brought back memories of me sending my class pet home with my students.
Henley got to do a lot of fun things.
She loved helping Avery pick out snacks,
going to tennis,
the zoo,
watching movies,
taking a trip to Austin
and helping Avery decorate her tree.
