Ballet Austin Performance Camp

This year Kendall could go to The Performance Camp at Ballet Austin. Avery was very excited to show Kendall the ropes. 

Of course we had a list of todos while we were in town. 

Avery has been wanting to see the bats for 2 years. 

We made sure to do it early in the week so they would not be too tired from camp. 

We stopped off at Sandy's to get milkshakes before heading to the bridge.

Avery read Kendall books while we waited. 

 I took my new camera and tired to take some pictures. 

I thought this one turned out great. 

We had a fun week. I was able to catch up with some friends. 

We got Dollar Tree socks for bowling

Avery found some fun things to try on.

Friday was the BIG day. 

Avery was Pearl the Penguin in the performance. Kendall was a whale. 

Kyle drove in to see the performance. The girls were very happy to see him.

 Avery had a singing solo along with many lines and a few dances. 

We was so proud of them. Avery really came out of her shell. Kendall was in her element. 

After the performance, we headed to Shady Grove to eat with my parents. 

Our next stop was the McClure's house in Spicewood. 

We went swimming with everyone on Saturday. 

The girls always love seeing Ashlyn. 

We had a great visit with McClures.
