On Saturday, we headed to the Town Square to take part in the Mardi Gras Celebration. We did not make it the parade since it was at 2:00 and both kids are down for a nap then.
We did have a great time.
We waited in line FOREVER to get Avery’s face painted.
But it was worth it. She loved the glitter around her eyes. When the artist asked what she want, Avery plainly said a flower. The lady asked which one while pointing to the charts. Avery replied, “Just a pink flower, thanks.”
She dug for buried treasure.
Kendall took it all in via the stroller!
It was a great family outing.
